Your parcel cannot be abandoned in these countries: Spain, Portugal, Poland, Ukraine, Italy, Russia, Brazil, Israel(Palestine and Gaza).

If you parcel cannot finish custom clearance, the sender will bear all the cost caused (including but not limited totax and duty, penalty and withdraw cost etc).
