Only these cities allow parcel delivery by DHL:
Kiev/Dnepropetrovsk/Odessa/Kharkov/Donetsk/Mariupol/Lviv/Simferopol
DHL can do custom clearance only in Kiev and Odessa.DHL cannot dispose or destory the parcel.
If the parcel cannot finish custom cleareance, the parcel will be withdrawed to sender. The sender has to bear all the cost caused.
If the parcel is sending to company, the company has to registered at local Customs.
If it is sending to private person, the parcel has to be checked by the local Customs. Food, Tobacco, Alcohol, and Medical artical cannot be imported and will be withdraw to sender.
